One paid plan
The worksheet is free forever, worked figures and all. Yieldzo Pro is the record behind it: every property looked at with its address, asking price, size and area, the comps behind its rent estimate with the date they were read, the area figures it was read against, the deal appraisal and the offer made, so the next deal in the same area starts from the last one and a property seen twice is seen once. One price for the whole team, cancel from your account page.

Should you just subscribe to a property data platform?
If you want national datasets by postcode, planning and sourcing alerts, a valuation model and an API for your own tooling, subscribe to a property data platform and give it the time it needs to learn. Yieldzo is for the investor with one or two areas and a handful of deals a month who wants the comps worked, the area figures filed and every deal kept as a record, and is not building a data pipeline to get it.
No competitor tier is compared feature for feature here, deliberately: property data platforms are tiered by credits and saved areas and the fit depends on how many areas an investor works. This hub's own price is the one figure on the page, and it is the benchmark recorded in research/data/saas-products.tsv (basis: benchmarked against a property data platform's published monthly tier) rather than a comparison against a named plan.
