What this service is

Yieldzo is software for the UK buy-to-let investor researching a purchase: a free worksheet that computes on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the deal file of properties looked at, their comps, their area figures, appraisals and offers. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, reseller or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Yieldzo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheet computes from the figures you enter and the method stated on the page. It is arithmetic on your comparables, not a valuation, not mortgage advice and not a recommendation to bid, and nothing on this site is a ruling on what a property is worth or what you should offer; that is your surveyor's, your broker's and your own decision.
